CHENNAI: LIC Housing Finance Ltd saw its net profit marginally grow by 6% at Rs 767 crore in the December quarter, 2021, as compared to the same period last year.
Its total disbursements were Rs 17,770 crore in Q3 FY2022 as against Rs 16857 crore last year, up by 5 %. Out of this, disbursement in the individual home loan segment registered growth of 6% to Rs 15,341 crore from Rs 14511 crore, whereas project loans were Rs 293 crore compared with Rs 852 crore for the same quarter in the previous year.
The company's revenue from operations was Rs 5,054 crore as against Rs 4,907 crore, 3% growth.
Net Interest Income (NII) was Rs 1,455 crore, as against Rs 1,281 crore for the same period in the previous year, up by 14 %.
The individual loan portfolio stood at Rs 2.29 lakh crore as against Rs 2.04 crore. The project loan portfolio stood at Rs 14,091 crore as on December 31, 2021, as against Rs 15,753 crore as on December 31, 2020. Total outstanding portfolio grew at 11% to Rs 2.4 lakh crore.
